H1:Cleaner and Restorer
Our Cleaner removes discoloration in older, weathered wood. You'll get terrific results in getting the dark stains out of planking, ribs, teak companionways and rails.
H2: Wood Brightener
Follows after the Cleaner application, wipe or brush on to restore marine woods to their natural lustre and watch the long lasting finish you'll get. Works on all woods.
H3: Paint and Varnish Remover (PVR)
Popular with the builders our industrial strength PV remover, is water washable, safe to use on almost all materials. Available in a 4 litres can.
H5: Epifanes Fiberglass Prep-Cleaner
To ensure optimum adhesion on primer and enamels to a fiberglass surface it is necessary to remove all waxy residue. Degrease by wiping the entire surface with Fibreglass Prep-cleaner, repeat this process 2-3 times, renewing your rag constantly.

I1: Marine Specialty Glues and Applicators
- Marine Resin Glue, which sands easily, convenient and water resistant. The mixing ratio is a 3:1 mixing ratio (powder to water). Especially good for wood strip planking. (I1)
- Reusable Syringes use with epoxy mixture or resin glue for injecting into tight spots. Highly recommended wood strip hull planking.(I807-2)
I2: Handy Epoxy Repair Packs
- Handy West Repair Pack for everything you need to complete small repairs around the boat. Includes two 16 gram tubes of West System 105 resin, two 3.2-gram tubes of hardener, and 3.5 grams of high-density filler, application brush, mixing stick and step-by-step instructions. (I101)
- Maxi West Repair Pack includes six 16-gram tubes of 105 Resin, six 3.2-gram tubes of 205 Hardener, 6 grams of low-density filler and 4 grams of high-density filler, two application brushes, one syringe, four mixing sticks, one pair of disposable gloves, four cleaning pads, four mixing cups and instructions. I3: Epoxies and Hardeners
- 105 Epoxy Resin is a clear, light-amber, low-viscosity liquid resin, formulated to wet out and bond with wood fibre, Fibreglass and metals. Curing in a wide temperature range, it can be sanded and shaped afterwards, permitting a natural finish with varnish or paint. See price list for combinations and quantities of epoxy resin and hardener. (I105)

- 206 Slow Hardeners are ideal for the home builder. Slow cure (20-25 minutes) for bonding or covering applications. (I206)
- 205 Fast Hardener produces a rapid cure (9-12 minutes) to a solid state in 6-8 hours. (good for lower temperatures) (I205)
- New 207 Special Coating Hardener where clear finishing is desired, especially in humid and/or low-temperature conditions. Must be dispensed with a 303 Special-ratio Mini pumps. (I207)

J: Application Tools for Using Epoxy

K1: Microfibers 403
Cellulose cotton fibres, used as a thickening additive to create a multi-purpose adhesive, especially good for bonding wood and gap-filling. (K403a-b)
K2: High-Density Filler 404
Bonding hardware, filleting and gap-filling where max. strength is necessary. (K404a-b)
K3: Filleting Blend 405
A wood toned filler for use in glue joints and fillets. Mixes easily creating fillets that are smooth requiring little sanding. cures to a brown colour.
K4: Colloidal Silica 406
Prevents epoxy run-off on vertical and overhead surfaces, improves the consistency of fairing compounds and is abrasion resistant.(K406a-b)
K5: Low-Density Filler 407
Used to make fairing putties which are easy to sand or carve. Cures to a dark red brown (K407a-b)
K6: Microlight™ 410
Creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound and is easy to sand. Cures to a tan colour. (K410a-b)
The following additives provide specific coating properties such as abrasion, moisture, fire, low-friction resistance and a painting base:
K7: Aluminium Powder 420
Ultraviolet light protection, increases the hardness and abrasion resistance of coated surface and improves its moisture resistance. Also a base for subsequent painting. (K420a-b)
K8: Barrier Coat Additive 422
Abrasion resistant providing a barrier coating to prevent gelcoat blistering.
K9:Graphite Powder 423
A low-friction coating, commonly used on rudders and centreboards or racing craft. Also used to simulate the appearance of traditional deck seams. Colour black. (K423a-b)
K10: White Pigment 501
A base tinted colour to provide a base colour for a final finish requiring enamel or polyurethane paint. (K501a-b1)

L1: Sikaflex Marine Adhesive & Sealant (240)
Fast curing, 1 part multi-purpose polyurethane marine sealant/adhesive bedding compound for fittings and hardware above or below the water line. Especially good for caulking and seams, stem/keel bands on stripper or wood canvas canoes. White (L1a) or Mahogany (L1b).
L2: Sikaflex Fast Cure Marine Adhesive & Sealant (241)
An excellent sealer and is designed for use above or below the waterline. Its fast cure rate makes it ideal for boatyard or boat repair use where quick turnaround is important. White (L2a) or Mahogany (L2b).
L3: Sikaflex (231)
Marine Bedding Compound and general sealant, ideal for areas undergoing strong movement, use above or below waterline. White (L3a) or Black (L3b)
L4: Sikaflex (290) Marine Deck Caulk
UV resistant sealant for deck caulking and waterproofing.
L5: Cotton Caulking
White 8" strand in 1/2 kg. balls used in transom work, planking and construction.

M1: Velane Coated Fibreglass Cloth
Compatible with epoxy. Available in 5.6 oz., 60" width (M600) or 9.0 oz., 50" width (M601)
M2: Glass Reinforcing Tape
9 oz. ideal for reinforcing chines and hull-deck corners. With epoxy, provides strength to resist hairline cracks and abrasions. 10' strips. In 2" (M729-10) or 4" widths (M732-10)
M3: Episize Graphite Fibres
These are used for stiffening masts, centreboards or rudders. 1" (M701) 2" (M702)
M4: Canvas
#10, unbleached, 60" wide (equivalent to 14.75 oz.). This size will do most canoe jobs economically (16' canoe requires about 18' length of canvas). (M4a-f)
M5: Canvas Filler
This is a specially formulated full bodied oil primer sealer with high hiding. High solids for maximum film build, controlled penetration and flexibility, overall creating a strong bond between the top coat and the substrate. This material has excellent adhesion to canvas and provides a firm base for paint. Available in 4L container.

N. Finishing Supplies- Paints and Varnishes

N1: Disposable Foam Brushes leave no brush marks or falling bristles. Ideal for applying the final paint or varnish coat. 2" (N1a) or 3" (N1b)
N2: Epifanes Gloss Varnish is a clear high gloss varnish, having excellent exterior durability, contains an ultra violet filter. One litre covers 150 sq.ft. or (14 sq. meters).
N3: Epifanes Rubbed Effect Interior Varnish is a quick drying satin finish, preferred on interior work and is resistant to household products. Apply as a finish coat over several build up coats of Epifanes Clear varnish. One litre covers 140 sq.ft.(13 sq.meters).
N4: Epifanes Wood Finish Gloss for use where a glossy, varnished look is desired. Excellent adhesion to new teak and other exotic woods both for interior and exterior use above the waterline. Requires no sanding twn coats. One litre covers 130 sq.ft.(12 sq.meters).
N5: Epifanes Wood Finish Matte is a clear finish for use over Epifanes Wood finish gloss. Provides a beautiful, satin sheen with UV protection for interior and exterior use. Covers 130 sq.ft. (12 sq.meters).
N6: Epifanes Yacht Enamel
For use on all marine surfaces. Provides superior colour brilliance, exceptional durability and high gloss finish, Typical colours in stock, Jade Green, Forest Green, Marine Blue, Light Blue, Deep Red, Off White.
N7: Epifanes Werdol Bare Wood Primer
Provides exceptional adhesion and strength for one-part top coat. Use over canvas filler, use under Epifanes yacht enamel. Available in Grey and White.
N8: Epifanes Thinner
A pure white thinner spirit for thinning all Epifanes paints and varnishes. (N8)
N9: Epifanes Mono-Urethane Enamel
For use on all marine surfaces. Recommended for use on fiberglass and gelcoat surfaces. Provides superior colour brilliance, high glosss finish and an extremly hard abrasion resistant cover. Use over Epifanes Fiberglass Primer. Typical colours in stock, Jade Green, Forest Green, Marine Blue, Light Blue, Deep Red, Off White.
N12: Epifanes Fiberglass Primer
Provides optimum adhesion to fiberglass and gelcoat surfaces. Use after cleaning surface with Epifanes Prep-Cleaner (H5). Use under Epifanes Mono-Urethane Enamel. Available in White.
